Junior and graduate pathway
Prepare for MB-800 with structured support—then build paid project experience.
Selected participants receive a structured study roadmap based on official Microsoft Learn resources, optional LeXurey mentor check-ins, access to educational non-production exercises, and sponsorship of one MB-800 exam attempt. Participants who pass may be considered for paid project-based junior consultant opportunities when suitable client work is available.
The MB-800 exam leads to the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate credential.

How engagement works
Clear terms before productive work starts
Paid productive work
All productive client work and any training required to perform a role are paid under the applicable written engagement.
Project opportunities are conditional
Suitable candidates may be offered paid project opportunities when relevant client work is available, subject to a separate written engagement covering scope, rate, responsibilities and timing.
Separate written engagement
Employment, contractor or project terms are agreed in writing before any productive work begins. A talent-network or pathway application does not itself create an engagement.

MB-800 pathway questions
What is included?
A study roadmap, official Microsoft Learn resources, optional mentor check-ins, educational lab exercises and one sponsored MB-800 exam attempt for selected participants.
Is the learning stage paid?
It is a voluntary, self-directed sponsorship program—not employment—and participants do no productive work. Any later client or project work is separately contracted and paid.
Is a job guaranteed?
No. Passing places the candidate in LeXurey's considered talent pool; offers depend on suitable client work and fit.
Who owns the certification?
The participant owns and retains the credential.
What happens if I do not pass?
There is no debt or repayment obligation. Any further exam attempt is separately agreed.
Is this accredited training?
No. It prepares candidates for a Microsoft certification using official Microsoft learning material and LeXurey mentoring. LeXurey is not an RTO.
